         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Main takeaway: there are lots of ways to release stress but it depends on the individual’s needs and abilities so prehaps finding out what works and what doesn’t is crucial in finding good coping mechanisms.<br>2. What technique works best for you?: watching bluey/going seventeen! It releases a lot of happy emotions for me and especially for bluey, it does heal the inner child in me and both shows make me laugh when i forget how to laugh<br>3. Yep! I found another way to help me which is sleep, i do sleep a lot but i feel like i should take more naps throughout the fay to recharge my body physically and mentally!</div>]]></description>
