B. I didn't quite like it when I was watching unit 1-1 because it's basically just a podcast episode rather than a YouTube video. But I found out that for the third unit they got real people moving in the screen which makes it a bit more interesting.

C. For myself I can watch the video to learn how to teach English with simpler English. Academic English is not much of a problem for me but what's really difficult for me is how to teach English in English for people whose English is not that good.

B. I like this exercise because it allows me to practice listening and reading while learning other knowledge. It also reviews the words I learned at the end, which I find very useful.
