         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first Ohio constitution was made in 1802 and didn't see any changes until 1851.<br><br>1st Constitution- 8 articles, 106 sections, 6000 words.<br>2nd Constitution- 16 articles, 168 sections, 9000 words.<br><br>In the 1910's, the constitution became even longer with the addition of an extra 6500 words in 40 amendments.</div>]]></description>
