         <description><![CDATA[<div>For many men, deciding on the amount of representatives each state was getting was really hard.They would end up making plans called the Virginia Plan which would want large state population,that wanted representatives based on population.And then there was the New Jersey Plan that wanted a equal number of representative for each state since all their states were small.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Delegates from not only south but north as well would also disagree in how slaves were counted.Because having a certain population is good for a state so they both disagreed o how they were counted. It would be a while till they settled it but would end up having the 3/5 compromise. which slaves would be counted as 3/5 of a person.</div>]]></description>

Many other problems would arise but once again it would get split into 2 sides Federalist and the Anti federalist.The federalist wanted a strong government and had leader named Alexander Hamilton and the Anti Federalist Wanted a strong state government and was against the constitution. Also would only agree to constitution if the bill of rights was in it.</div>]]></description>
