  • Yes. I feel can do better when failed before. This is because failure can be part of the long road to success and it in a way that's productive. failure makes We more successful because we learn something new from failure. Facing failure teaches about experience.  The experience we get from failure makes us more mature and not make the same mistakes next time.  So from this, we will improve ourselves to be better and have the opportunity to learn something new.  failure can help do better next time whether discover new solution or gain more insight.
  • I agree what she said about we have to overcome our shame to overcome our shame of being a failure. This is because failure is the beginning of success. Failure in something can make us more courageous and not afraid of the challenges that will be faced. So we need to overcome the shame of failure. From failure we can improve our self such as skills, knowledge and communication to be better.

    2 things important is Resume and preparation for interview. Resume usually only reflect latest 3 education and working history and maximum 2 pages long. Resume format need have picture, name & contact details, summary, achievements, professional skills, working, extra curricular activities, educational and additional info. The font need to use on resume is century Gothic, Tahoma, And Arial. The colour of resume need based personality test colour. The font need use for example is Ariel. 

    The interview preparation need to do before interview is study job description. Then need list down relevent skills which is elaborate skills and relate experienced. The second is draft answer to common or standard questions which is prepare answer, memories answer and practice. Next is prepare documents such as ask what documents interviews require, resume, original Transcripts, school certificate  and bring along at least 3 sets of documents. Next is prepare question to ask interview which is a 2 way communication and employers learn about candidate and candidate must also learn about the employer.
