Organisations vary a lot in structure and professional formulation. CGL have a larger component of Recovery Workers from various back grounds with fewer Mental Health Professionals. I find it is so important to use the same language as our mental health colleagues when making a referral, the quality of which differs depending on the individual making that referral. Perhaps sharing he tools used by HPFT with mental health professionals in other sectors will assist in appropriate referral made
