when we explain them the REALITY,we do it through a game ,we make groups and plan a trip for 3-4 days...this they remembered so well that there was a forecast of rain and thunder and we had to change the program...that is Reality

One of my students told that she help her neighbour while choosing career after our Career Aware Program that one of her neighbour was very worried about choosing career after her 12th std so she share her CA workbook and teach her about IAR and many career options and then she select her Career as a Lab technician and she is her first year of DMLT.

One of my student from mulund school name sarfaraz he was so inspired by the concept of intrest appetite and reality session he decide to take Mechanical engineering. I asked him how you can manage the traveling part he replied I really want to make this possible. He came to bandra to meet me with his father and said " Thank you so much teacher mera admission ho gaya " ❤

Those who didn't wanted to continue the studies post SSC after the program many of them started thinking abt it nd msde there IAR match ..I remember one of my student who didn't wants to study but after tourism nd travelling industry he wants to go to Japan nd learn their new technology nd bring it to India.

Students coming up with solutions of their own problem.

So a group of students of class 10th always wanted to get into mbbs and engineering after doing IAR in grade 9 was confuse and decide to give a shot with me in grade 10th they have now chosen a career also to fall back IF they could not secure seat for mbbs and engineering this has surely moved me and these changes impact me more than my students.

A girl from Marathi medium wanted to become air hostess I have guided her to work on her communication and other skills so that she can study and enroll for her enhancement as well. Earlier she was more passionate to become air hostess after 12th but I told her work on your education and your dream simultaneously which will surely help you and she is doing the same. This brings alot of relearning for me as well

Last year! I met this one student who wanted to be Rapper but his parents were not accepting this career choice of his. People from his surrounding and realitives used to make fun of this career choice. He was very bright student and also confidence he showed in front of his parents as well as with support and example about other rappers who struggled but our in better place now. Made them realise that if this is what my child want then let him do. Inspired me a lot!

One of the students from Digha school is physically handicapped and wants to become an IAS officer but she doesn't know about the pathway and examination process with the help of our program she got all the information about these exam pathways and also she listed alternative career choices also

When I went to classroom some of the students was not able to write their name in English as they belongs to urdu medium.. Dheere dheere they started learning with me and unhe naam likhne k saath saath they started planning for careers.. They started asking teacher agr hume bhi aapki tarah teacher banna hoga toh kya kre... Which motivates me k jinhone naam likhna nhi seekha tha they started asking for career..

Jb hum first time class me enter hue toh dekha ki bacchon ko koi intrest hi nahi hai humare lecture me phor humne humne dhere dheere un k saath accha binding bnaya unko woh cheez sikhane ki koshish ki jisme woh bht week they toh unhe aesa feel hua ki haa inse kuch sikha ja skata hai and after some 2/3 lectures bacchon me best changes dikhayi diye and yeh mere liye best part raha.

So there was a student who have interest in fashion designe but at the same time she have interested in doing Desing, decorating things and she good in presentaion skill and so when we took IAR she got more interest in that so I asked her why you want to be fashion designer, so she said i get confused to what should I do but now I get idea I can used my creativity in fashion industry.

There was one student who was not that great in his academics but was good in sports. So generally his teachers and parents thought he would do a career in sports ( kabaddi) . But to my surprise when I was teaching the industries and talking/discussing about career in business and how one can build his/her career as a small business owner actually helped him to think beyond sports. He then came to me and said he wants to start his own business someday and go in shark tank.
