Organized modules, attractive teaching-learning materials, and a friendly environment help to engage the students (Davis,1993)

Research Design
A qualitative research approach has been designed with observation and a semi-structured interview process.

Setting
This study has been conducted in an English Medium Institution situated at Dhanmondi, Dhaka, where the middle section students have been focused for the study.

Participants
The participants are chosen based on having some similar defining characteristics with homogeneous sampling technique to explore participants with certain similar backgrounds and level and can be examined in a detailed process.
