Starting with fitness, I thoroughly enjoyed playing a massive football game, across the various years. As a result we got to play with the younger years and it was a great experience. Next, forest school, while it was cold I really enjoyed making tree sprits faces on the bark of trees with my house family. It was a great bonding exercise and was a lot of fun. Afterwards, we had the disco, probably my favourite activity and I loved the atmosphere. Finally we finished, quite rightfully with meditation which was very relaxing and informative where we were taught about a fixed mindset and a growth one.
 
Overall, wellbeing day was a great experience and one which I really enjoyed.

Danny shared his story about how he started his beatbox journey from very humble beginnings and  because of his courage, his creativity has now taken him all over the world. 

I’ve uploaded some snippets from the sessions with Years 5 and 6 which demonstrate just how really creative you are too. You listened, you learned and you created; it was a joy to watch, with some very pleasant surprises!!
