My sister is in debt $1,000 because she has to pay off some old textbooks from college. Tax incentives can help her out greatly and have a very positive impact. From this she can get a tax deduction which reduces her taxable income and the total deductions are subtracted from her taxable income determining her total tax bill for the year.</div>]]></description>
