         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think weight watchers works and is helpful. My family members have tried it and it actually allows them to lose weight. I don't think that weight watchers is for everyone because some people may not experience the same results as my family members. From my experience being around the diet, you are allowed to eat many foods still, you just have to limit your take in of the food. You don’t have to work out all the time so it accommodates to your busy schedule. The points system is very helpful and accurate. The weight loss diet can be pricey though.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
