         <description><![CDATA[<div>Passed by the British Parliament on March 22nd 1765. It required them to pay tax on every piece of paper they used.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In 1789 the French Government was in a major financial crisis. The King borrowed heavily to live a lavish lifestyle. Since the king had to pay other stuff to he decided that he need to raise taxes. The nobles and the clergy were largely exempt from paying taxes. The 2nd estate included the nobles and knights. The 3rd estate included the peasants and the farmers. Spain joined the Napoleonic France and fought Britian in war. Since they had a weak leader the Spanish Military tied up. Since that happened they decreased down in the new world.</div>]]></description>
