Misconstrue the meaning of balanced diet. A balanced diet does not consists of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Each meal must have the right proportion of carbo, protein, fruits and vegetables. Redo this sliide.

the vegetable taste creamy when i let the egg yolk run down mixing with the vegetable and a hint of teriyaki sausce

the rice doesn't look good because there was a broken egg white ontop

the chicken looks good because it is holding its shape

the vegetables looks great with the yolk ontop

the apple looks good cut in half with the stem plucked out

the cooking methods are stir-fry and pan-fry

The vegetable and chicken are greasy and sweet. The fruits are sweet and refreshing.

The fruits and the white rice creates an image of a happy panda!
