In the excitement, a few of your students forget what they've learned about being respectful audience members and start firing questions before the speaker has finished. "I am so glad that you are excited to ask questions but I think we need to go over the rules of being a good audience and listener." Then remind them of the rules and explain that they will be giving a presentation too. Ask them to think about how they would feel if they were that students.
