I don't think social background is as important as charisma. Taking our ex-president Lula into account, he managed to be elected the President of the country, twice, despite not having a college degree. ( Lilian)

I think social background affects directly at the success some people might achieve, specially because it determines the pathways available for them.
If you haven’t had a good education, for example, you’ll have to work a lot harder than people who have had.
On the other hand, people who have had a well socially-established family and parents are always going to be a step ahead, once they have more resources that might lead them success.
Besides that, working hard is also a leading point, because it will ensure that you’ll have more probability on having prosperity.

In the future the easiest way to achieve success is getting a good education, it’s not necessary but it’s the best way, because some jobs will ask you more effort if you don’t have a good education

I consider having wealthy parents one of the most important factors for succeding in life. A person with money can have easier access to resources for improving abilities and knowledge. For example, people with wealthy parents could afford to pay a lot of courses that they want to do. Also, having good social connections is really important too, because you can gather information about the jobs you want to do. It would also be possible to be recommended by your connections and get a job easier than those with no connections.

Social background in fact is a important factor in social life, all your conditions influence success, once that our society had a lot of social problems, and still has, and brings consequences until nowadays. Like, women win less money than men, doing the same job, because of all sexism raised on society. Another point is that rich people are more privileged, there’s higher probability to they have a good education than people who haven’t a high social level.

Let's take Kendall Jenner into account. She's the most well-paid model in the world, and that was possible only because she's Kris Jenner's daughter.
The Kardashian/Jenner family have a high social status, allowing their children, including Kendall, to have a successful career and life without even trying hard enough to achieve that.

Although the social background, it depends of other things, like how much you try, if you have a good or bad social background you have to try hard or else you will get nowhere. Even if you have a good education, you can’t get anywhere if you don’t do anything. There’s about other things than social conditions.
