I have learned some essential methods for improving my English skills from this podcast. I self-studied for about two years, progressing from the beginner level to the intermediate level. In this podcast, many tips are provided on how to continue my learning journey with patience and consistency. I shared these methods with my sister to help her gain knowledge about language learning.

After listening to the podcast, I realized some steps I need to change. First, I must be patient in my language learning. I often rush and create confusion by trying to learn too much vocabulary in one day. I also learned that understandable speaking is more important than having a perfect accent, so I can practice speaking comfortably with my Burmese accent while focusing on clear and correct grammar. Finally, I should start speaking like a child, using simple sentences before progressing to more complex ones. To improve my fluency, I will practice speaking out loud and embrace trial and error.

I am really grateful to the speakers for providing me with valuable insights into language learning.

Student ID- LC0068

This podcast gave me many thoughts and a better understanding of my English learning journey.

I used to worry about my accent before I listened to it. Now, I’ve changed my mindset — I no longer worry about my accent. Instead, I focus on improving my pronunciation and spelling.

I also became more aware of my weaknesses in speaking. I often try to speak too quickly, which leads to many mistakes. I’ve realized that I don’t need to use complex grammar or advanced vocabulary. What matters most is speaking fluently and clearly. To improve, I should simply speak more.

I strongly recommend this podcast to others. It allows you to hear a real native speaker and understand their accent. It’s very helpful for improving listening and speaking skills.

This podcast helped me identify my weaknesses and understand my personal learning style more clearly.

Student ID-LC0067

From this podcast, I learned that communication is more important than having a perfect accent or grammar. It is okay to make mistakes when speaking English. The most important thing is to be confident, try to speak, and learn from the mistakes. I also learned that learning a language is like training muscles—we need to use it often so we can become stronger.

I recommend this podcast to others because it gives good advice for language learners. The speaker explains clearly that we don’t need to speak perfectly. Instead, we should focus on speaking more and understanding others. This can help people feel less nervous and enjoy learning English.

There are the three things I would like to change in my English learning.

Speak more, even if I make mistakes – Before, I was scared to speak if I wasn’t perfect. Now, I want to try speaking more, even if I say something wrong.

Listen to native speakers often – I didn’t do this much before. Now I want to listen more to English podcasts, YouTube videos, or movies to learn the rhythm and pronunciation.

Practice grammar with speaking – Before, I only focused on grammar rules. Now, I want to practice grammar by using it in real conversations, not just writing or memorizing.

Student ID - LC0033
