Garland, where TikTok is fighting to avoid being banned in the U.S. The government wants to ban TikTok for Americans because it believes the Chinese government is influencing and stealing from Americans, even though there is no evidence of this.


TikTok being banned would limit our First Amendment right. If TikTok is banned, people's access to information will be limited and censored. This would go against the Constitution.


The Supreme Court should rule in favor of TikTok because there is no evidence of TikTok taking U.S information. Allowing TikTok to be banned would go against the rights and freedoms America stands for.
