When I was a young guy, a took part of a tennis tournament. I remembered that it was great. At beginning I had to face a guy much better than me. It was very difficult to beat him, but I won. The second game was easier. I managed to win without difficulty. And finally I reached the final. To my surprise it was against a woman, and as she wasn't from my city  I didn't know her game. But I thought, well, if I got this far, beating the best , I will not lose this game. But Tennis is a very difficult sport. And the mental is most the important at all. And despite being physically stronger, She was mentally stronger than me. And she set a trap and led the game in a way that I couldn't ride out the storm. It was a tough game, but she won. Here's the lesson. One day, our boss called us in his office and gave us a mission: we would have to make a presentation about one of our products to a new client. I immediately realized that my friend was paralyzed. At the end of the meeting, he called me and said: "I'm not going to make it!!" then I said, don't be nervous. We will ride out the storm!!! I will help you!! Then we prepared the presentation together, which made him calmer. On the "big day", he was a bit relaxed  and it was an excellent presentation....

However, Galeão was granted to a private company and my company, which only had one contract, had serious problems. I told my boss. “Don’t worry, we’ll ride out the storm.” I accepted the terms to have my salary down around 70 percent and started a fight to get other contracts to make the company bounce back once again.
