As a grade level I feel very supported we collaborate everyday. 

I agree about treating students as numbers..There is more to these students than just data and sometimes it feels as though thats all administration sees them as.

I like when we're able to meet across grade level, but there needs to be more of it.  Even opportunities to sit down and share with each other what we're doing in our class and share resources with each other. 

More support with behavior...and we need a team to help with that, not just AEA because they're not always there.
