When teams change and when curriculum changes especially this takes even longer. Often times we are going into lunch even. Beyond that, we need times to do the things like meeting with STEAM+ teachers, planning for a yearly curriculum goal, planning design thinking, sorting math problems to analyze students, reading writing and discussing moves to progress kids forward, time for pinks and blues, time for SSTs, etc etc etc. We need more time than I can even explain, yet we keep getting new items put on the plate. The take home here is ---- we clearly DO NOT have time to do this all.
