This story is about understanding what truly makes you happy requires more than just identifying enjoy activities purpose. According to Paul Dolan's book, Designing Happiness, true happiness is achieved through a balance of pleasure and purpose. To explore what makes you happy, start by making a list of activities will feel enjoyable, happiness also depends on engaging in activities that bring a sense of purpose. Having fun alone isn't always enough to bring you lasting happiness. For example, a career like to being a pilot may seem purposeful. but may involve mundane tasks that lack immediate pleasure. For students, this may mean finding motivation in a study group or breaking down tasks into smaller, more manageable parts with rewards. Pual Dolan recommends a decide, designed approach: Decide what brings you joy and meaning, design your life to include those those activities, and then make part of your daily routine. Finally, while some aspects of happiness are influenced by external factors, you can still design and control the parts of your life that directly impact your happiness. I think happiness is very important in ourselves because sad don't have advantages in your life also will make unhealthy.
