Storyline :

-People rarely doing indoor exercise due to commitment and burden of work from home during pandemic.
-People cannot do outdoor activities using public space like recreational area for a while as a method to cut Covid-19 chain
-It also due to some people gain weight and lead to health issues like diabetes, obesity and heart attack
-Unuse public spaces in urban because people afraid of covid-19 infections
-People less interaction directly to avoid the chain
-Value of urban space as meeting point is meaningless

Solutions :
1)Ministry of Health should make an Standard Operating of Procedure (SOP) to cope this problems.
2)Urban Planner/Landscape Architect/Designer that involved with outdoor space need to redesign public spaces/ outdoor space/ park/ pedestrians walk to suit new norm.
-For example the design should follow the basic SOP like 1 meter space per individual for social distancing
-Less exercise equipments public space design to avoid people touch indirectly too much
-Jogging tracks need to redesign to more bigger

Lessons :
-Urban development give people a lot benefits to all people. it make people life more easier especially in urban area if use it wisely.
-Urban area do not necesserily prevent citizen to perform a healthy daily life.

-intro
Plastic pollution is caused by the accumulation of plastic waste in the environment. It can be categorized in primary plastics, such as cigarette butts and bottle caps, or secondary plastics, resulting from the degradation of the primary ones. It can also be defined by its size, from microplastics - small particles (<5 mm) of plastic dispersed in the environment - to macroplastics.

•The accumulation of marine litter, fragments or microparticles of plastics and non-biodegradable fishing nets, which continue to trap wildlife and waste
•Waste causing the death of animals by ingestion of plastic objects

Aside from cleaning up our oceans, which is a very significant first step but not a long-term solution, the best way to address plastic pollution is to change our mindsets and habits with this controversial but nonetheless very useful material:
