It is a fixed pulley,  simulating a water well. 
As its name suggests, it consists of a single pulley that is fixed to some place ( in this case, to the body of  the  water well ). With it you do not win in strength , but it is used to change the sense of the force making the lifting of loads more confortable when pulling down instead of up, among other reasons because we can help ourselves from our own weight to make the effort .
The force we have to do is equal to the weigth we have to lift.
Our proyect is very creative , as well as beautiful ,when the well cube reaches the top,surprise! You will find a treasure chest.

In this case the aiplane is made up of a wheel and axle and a screw. The materials we used to make this airplane are:
-a plastic cup 
-straws 
-sticks 
-rubber band 
-wire
First we cut the plastic cup into two blades.
 Then ,we use the straws to make the body of the airplane .
 Next , attach the blades to a stick . Then we  attached a rubber band  in the centre of the body with a wire .
Finally we attached the wire to the blades to allow the airplane to fly thanks to the rubber band .
This project won´t work if every step is not followed .

The xmas music box is a box with christmas decorations and music too. It has two elves at the top of a cork that are back to back on the lid.

On one side of the box there is a window and through it, you can see two gears.The gears mesh together to move the elves. When you turn the crank on the outside of the box.

To cover the mechanism in the window , we put a piece of plastic with the words ´´Merry Christmas ´´ in spanish. 

When you turn on switch ,christmas music plays and red lights will turn on.

The project consists of a simple mechanism of a wheel and axle. For this project we have used: sticks, a shoe box, colours, a silicon gun, cartboard, stickers, tape, a ball for the Earth and bottle lids. 
How it works?
If you rotate the crank, the 2 gears  are going to rotate and, inmediately, the Earth is going to rotate too. And this is how the wheel and axle works.

It's a car that is powered by the air. The materials used are:
- 2 bottles of water.
- 4 bottle lids.
- 6 rubber bands.
- 3 wooden sticks
Our car is only a first prototype, or test of the final car. To make it move, you have to turn the wooden stick that is conected to the rubber bands in one sense (the sense you want). When you think you have make sufficent turns, you release the wooden stick and the car will move fordwar with the help of the air and the pression.
Our prototype doen´t work because we have made the hole for the wheels to big and it hasen´t the sufficent pression.
