I am writing this letter to inform you of the behaviour of Jordan. This week he has been hitting two of his peers and one of his teachers. We would like discuss this behaviour and come up with solutions for him in the daycare to help better understand what has been bothering him.

I am writing a letter regarding on what is going on with Jacob. Lately he has been showing difficulty and challenges towards other children and towards our staff members, he throws toys from other children and grabbing other objects during craft time. We tell him that it isn’t nice to do those things and gently take things from him, he would screams and throw a tantrum but unfortunately he doesn’t stop from there so I would like to invite you Feb 17, 2026 at 4:00pm if you are available to talk about his behaviour.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tancredi,

I hope this letter finds you well. We have taken note that your son Charlie has been having a tough time taking part in circle time and doing activities in groups within the last week, causing him to hit, bite and push other children. We have taken measures to try to control the matter, but he is not making any progress. In our daycare centre, we model kindness; and in each situation I have taken Charlie to a quiet space to have 1:1 talks to him, trying to teach him about “gentle hands”. If you are available on Friday, February 20 at 11am or at 4pm, we would like to invite you to the centre to try come up with a solution for Charlie’s behaviour.

Dear Ms Jule, I am writing a letter to you to inform you about the behaviour of Gilbert. Gilbert has been having unusual difficulty with his actions, sometimes hearing his teachers too-he hasn’t been listening well, sometimes we have to 1 on 1 with him to get him to understand what is going on with books, crafts, and what the next thing we are going to do.

About his actions, he has been pushing and sometimes pulling his friends hair when we are lining up & during circle time, the past week. Sometimes we get hands full so he has to sit on one of our laps which we don’t mind because he seems to be hard of hearing also. I wrote you this letter in advance because we are so busy and I am a forgetful person to tell you, in the meantime I am asking to set up a meeting with you about the situation, are you able to meet with me about this conversation, if so, confirm which date is best for you

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Imngiqtii,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you regarding a matter about Singer that has been on-going since Tuesday, February 3, 2026. She has been pinching her peers and educators at daycare. This has been affecting others ability to learn and concentrate at our facility.

At the Baker Lake Daycare Centre we emphasize on providing a safe, positive and supportive environment for all children and educators.

The educators at the daycare have been speaking with Singer each time this happens. We understand that she is still learning but would like to get support from home also.

We would like to invite a meeting with you Friday, February 27, 2026 to further discuss and explore how we can collaborate to support Singer. Your input as parents are very valuable and we want to ensure that we are all on the same page when it comes to helping Singer.
