This profession has allowed me to use my skills and knowledge in the best way possible to contribute positively in the society and also, in the life of my students; who I have taught over the years. As a teacher, I become a life-long learner and thus, it enables me to inquire, learn and research rigorously. A teacher has to keep the students engaged and interested in learning. For some students, I have found that to be a challenge, maybe because they are too young. I worry about finishing work on time because some students take longer than others to understand topics. I worry about the hybrid model and how it requires good knowledge of technology. Also, with the hybrid classes, I find myself repeating all the time because one day group A comes and then group B the next day.
