Usually, my Abuela will make things with Chorizo, (Chorizo - a Hispanic additive that is made of pork,) such as putting it in eggs and sliced potatoes. Other times she will make Traditional Sopita (Soup) or entomatadas (Tortilla with Tomato Sauce.) All of these dishes are served with Pinto Beans, either re-fried or freshly made.

My Brothers were born from different fathers due to some bad history, but they are my best buds.
