         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>2. I believe we still need something in HERO (or elsewhere) for students who are constantly disrupting, or constantly "pushing the envelope" other than teacher detention.  I also  don't want to call admin frequently about these students.<br><br>3. I liked it as a PD strategy. I wish there had been either more choices, or more time on fewer choices. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.Several teachers shared  great ideas about activities to promote  vocabulary retention: Grudge Ball, Gimkit, Quizlet for "Heads Up,"  Fish Bowl with Charades or Pictionary.<br>2. Since I missed some sessions I would have liked to attend, I'd love to have the opportunity to have EdCamp at other times during the year.<br>3. I loved EdCamp as PD because the sessions were informal and teacher-driven! This sort of collaboration helps me to get outside my comfort zone and try new activities in class.</div>]]></description>

It feels disjointed filling out your lesson plans on the weekend from when you are working throughout the week.<br>3.I liked it, It gave me a chance to ask questions in a more personal setting. I thought it was a much more organic learning environment than just listening to a lecture. I felt much more involved as well. </div>]]></description>
