This also incorporates the importance of not only fitness, but an overall value of living healthier lifestyles. I will always advocate for a more improved and well-balanced lifestyle. I believe that we have been presented with one body (home) to live in for the rest of our lives, so it is our responsibility to take diligent care of it. This means that we should not limit but create better options that will allow us to obtain a healthier life. We are all capable of making lifestyle changes that will allow us to spend the rest of our lives in optimal health. I believe I have the resources necessary to do this in my classroom, and I am excited to share them. Creating a curriculum to better support student learning starts with humanistic psychology as a firm platform to build upon. This is the understanding that students know they are of importance as an individual which helps reinforce a more positive student-teacher relationship. 
Despite the fact that physical education is notorious for focusing on students' psychomotor progression, I plan to include all three objectives in my program (psychomotor, cognitive, affective). This helps to fully support the students and their needs that are presented to us as educators. Due to this subject matter, I have decided to apply direct instruction, kinesthetic learning, and differentiation in my classroom. Physical education necessitates a lot of modeling and anatomical references, so the direction I plan to go thorough follows such teaching methods. This is done with the knowledge that many students will have little interest in Physical Education, and those are the students who will let my passion run wild.
