Some of us were wires and some of were batteries , buzzer and motors . After we made the circuit Mrs York told us to hold the rope ( wires ) and then she told the bulb( Dolcie ) to join our circuit but it still didn't work so the cell( Blake) came to the circuit .it still didn't work because it didn't have any energy in it . So Mrs York gave Blake some jelly babies to hand out so while we were going round the circuit . First we added a bulb  to show that it is a circuit . After that we added a cell(pupil wearing a bib )which generated power so that the bulb could lit up . We used jelly baby
  as the power. Each time a wire passed the cell a jelly baby was given. after every wire got the babies
Every time the wires passed the bulb it yelled light! The rope represented a wire with Dolcie as a unlit bulb and Blake as a Cell ( to energise the circuit ). We used jelly babies to represent the electricity flowing out of the cell entering the wire before powering the bulb . We discussed that if we took away the power , the jelly babies , the circuit wouldn't flow . Two pupils were chosen as the components who were a cell and a bulb. To show the energy,we used jelly babies to power the circuit.The battery held the jelly baby to represent the energy it contains. When we walked past the cell we received a jelly baby each and we continued to walk. When we reached the bulb it lit.
