In my opinion, their company has some problems related working condition. The chair is one of this. The quality of chair is so poor. The chairs are made from wood. They have a very simple structure with only the frame and the seat surface. The company's current chairs cannot be adjusted to a reasonable height. This made the sewing machine operators very tired and backache when sitting all day. To improve this problem, I think the manager should use the adjustable chairs instead of the used chairs. This chair have back support, anatomical seat cushion and five-leg base for stability. Beside, the height of chair is adjustable, pneumatic lift preferred and swivel. We would like to thank you for agreeing to supply us with some polo shirts to us. According to the agreement, each item costs $7.  However, it is to inform you that your company's price for each item is much higher than the market price.
We also have some other suppliers who are willing to provide us the same products charge only $4.50 per item. If we continue to order at your company's price we will lose $2.50 for each item.

I have received the actual sample of the coat in our upcoming collection.  In general, the actual sample looks good and has been made quite correctly as described in the spec sheet. However, as can be seen from the sample, there are some different details between the sketch in the spec sheet and the actual sample. 
Firstly, I see 2 different colors, the color should be crimson, but the color of prototype is Scarlet. One more thing that I need to mention is the length of the sleeves. They should be shorter 2 inches below the waist. Next, Shoulder width needs to be reduced by 4 inches to the correct specifications sheet. Beside, you need to take the waist in 6 inches. As for the buttons issue, we have to follow the requirements of the technical document sent by the customer. They required 6 buttons of each coat. Finally, this prototype hasn’t been had white letters on black lable 1 inch below collar and leather piping to cover lapel.
