         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Priority</strong>: </p><p>- Skipped to reality, can spend some more time on priority. Get to know the life roles of the client properly to get a fuller understanding of what lived experience the client might have and what other aspects of their life might impact them.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Reality</strong>: </p><p>- Good check in on client’s past actions and good clarification of strategy details during reality sharing. </p><p>- Good check in on past intentions, priorities and effectiveness of past strategies.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Opportunity</strong>:</p><p>- Explored the areas of opportunity that that the client can target.</p><p>- Could explore hypothetical scenarios to help identify problems and support strategy ideation.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Plan</strong>: </p><p>- Not much use of “we” statements which can help the client feel supported while they talk about their challenges. </p><p>- Good check in on what strategies the client can come up with. Might need more elaboration of the plan to ensure it is thought out properly. </p><p>- Can elaborate more on why those strategies were thought of to solidify the reasoning behind the strategy so that client has buy-in into the plan.</p><p>- Therapist tiered the client's strategies, maybe can consider doing them concurrently as it can maximise the impact on the client.</p><p>- Therapist did not provide any strategies to support client, can do so to better guide client.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Evaluate</strong>: </p><p>- Good check in on client's comfort to understand the feasibility of application of strategy based on their confidence. </p><p>- Can affirm client to boost their confidence or investigate the reason for their low personal rating on their confidence as you want client to be able to carry out their plan effectively.</p><p>- Can spend more time reconsolidating the strategies, steps and measures of effectiveness to ensure the confidence and compliance.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Review</strong>:</p><p>- To be done next session.</p>]]></description>
