Para  identificar la problemática nos auxiliamos de la técnica del triple diagnóstico que tiene como objetivo atender problemas significativos de la vida cotidiana considerando a los individuos como agentes centrales del cambio social proponiendo propuestas específicas de intervención, este se le aplicó al equipo investigador, al de  gestión, los docentes, los estudiantes y algunos padres de familia, para el mismo elaboramos entrevistas, fichas de detección de necesidades, y dinámicas, donde ya con los resultados obtenidos hicimos la elección de nuestro tema

El plan de acción desglosa un programa de intervenciones de 10 encuentros uno por semana con un tiempo de 2 horas, estos iniciaran con diferentes actividades en las cuales se aplicarán diversas técnicas y estrategias, trabajos grupales, cine fórum, lluvias de ideas, que les permita al estudiantado de 5to grado una mejor integración relacionándose entre sí y que aprendan a reconocer y a controlar sus emociones.
