I would give myself three stars in this rehearsal because I have used appropriated skills with very limited support from my teacher.

In this rehearsal, we read through the script a couple of times, so we could start getting familiar with the story.

As soon as we could; we started producing our own decisions for our characters.

I made useful contributions and worked with a high level of discipline. (2 stars)

In this rehearsal, I helped other classmates figure out what type of character they have. I also help to give them other types of expressions they could use in certain situations.

Target 1
My target in this rehearsal will be to act more confident playing my character.

I made some important decisions about my character in this rehearsal that will improve my performance. (2 stars)


In this rehearsal, we were working towards how to find our character and how to represent it on stage.

We discovered how our characters move and respond to certain circumstances.
To understand more our bodies we did some games; walking through across the room imagining how this character will walk and move in that specific situation.

Also, we created a routeing we believe our characters do.

For me, this exercise helped me more to understand my character and all the desitions I made throughout the rehearsal are helping me.

Task 1

Start connecting more with the cast and have fun while I am performing. 
Just focus on the play.

We played some games to understand more the play, using things that happen in our daily basis.

We had to ask ourselves what is the social position of our characters and from this to try and work out the mindset of this character.

I made lots of useful contributions and worked with the discipline of a professional.(three stars)

As soon as I read the script, I knew the kind of mindset my character had and social status. It was not very difficult to understand why she acted the way she does.

Try to be more open and use a lot of diction.

I have awarded myself with this stars because in this rehearsal I have discovered interesting things about my character that will help me develop deeper my character.

How my character reacts to certain people and the way she reacts to things she cares about.

I listened to feedback/direction and responded positively and with commitment in order to improve.

One of my main problems, while I am performing, is that I don't speak loud enough for the audience to hear me. I have been working on it by singing my lines.

In this rehearsal, we were looking at the context of the text, how the lines were written.

We have learned how to use the punctuation on acting and how much time we have to wait to say our next line; having on mind the punctuation and how to portrait the line with a different range of emotions.

In this rehearsal I found trouble on how to play different emotions with the same lines, I was focusing on saying every line perfect that I distracted myself from showing the emotions.

I made useful contributions and worked with a high level of discipline. ( two stars)

Even though I had trouble with my lines I always encourage my other classmates to do their best and help them on how they can put forward their character.

I made some progress in developing my character in this rehearsal. (one star)

I discovered what was holding me from not showing a complete emotion for this character.

I had serious difficulty to learn these lines; I was comparing myself to the character.

I listen to feedback/ direction and made some improvements in response to it. ( two stars)

I have to slow down when I am saying my lines.

In this rehearsal,  I demonstrated that I knew my cue lines. I worked well with my classmates and made better choices as a group.

While we were performing, we like to stop sometimes to give some advice on how to achieve a better performance and some additional choices that person could make.

Remembering some specific things set up in our previous rehearsals.


I worked with imagination, took risks and have made significant developments with regards to my characterization. (three stars)

In this rehearsal, i have experienced the adrenaline of the play.

I got to experiment different type of emotions I have never done in past rehearsals.

I demonstrated outstanding commitment to the development of my work in response to feedback/direction. (three stars)

I gave 100% on this rehearsal to make a better experience. I took risks when it came to my character.
