MY WORD THIS YEAR.

THE RESULT OF MY YEAR BY FOLLOWING MY AMBITIONS AND TRYING NEW THING!

1) My favorite song right now; I like this song because it brings me back to my Jamaican roots, which further expresses my roots since I haven't connected with them as much as I should in the past. Enabling me to become, unrecognizable in a cultural aspect of my life this new year.

2)Multicolored Mountains: I put the word "unrecognizable" into the AI generator, which is what came up. I recognize it as a metaphor for me being "unrecognizable".

3) Butterfly; The butterfly preparing to emerge out of the cocoon represents the transformation I am enduring.

4) Ocean; I love the ocean, yet in California, many are unrecognizable, unless given the name of the particular one. The beach inspires me and is a motivating factor for me in my journey. As well as the fact that water itself represents life, death, and transformation (baptism).

5) Poor Things: A movie I recently watched and loved where the main character, Bella Baxter, is made in a Mary Shelleyesc way, like Frankenstein. She goes into the world like the creature, unknown, yet welcomed as a societally pretty woman, and she comes out transformed, and mentally unrecognizable as she explores the world.
