         <description><![CDATA[<div>What I think to be the biggest pitfall to proper nutrition is when you are in a store or somewhere and an ad tempts you to get something like a snack that may not be very healthy. It could also just be something on the shelf and you desire to get it because it’s on sale. To avoid this I could limit the amount of unhealthy snacks I may eat or try and find out more about the said snack. - Liam</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the biggest pitfall is the labels on some foods are not the exact amount of nutrients the whole product is... If you want to eat a sandwich you would look at the labels and find out how much nutrients are in it and not even that would be exact. Make sure you look at the labels and just know it’s probably more or less nutrients then with it says.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the biggest pitfall of proper nutrition is people not having enough time to make proper meals. An example of this is fast food or pre made meals are a lot easier and convenient then making your own healthy meal and if you have no time you are going to pick the pre made meals over the one you cook yourself.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the biggest pitfall to proper nutrition is over exercising and when people don't eat enough to fuel their bodies. People can exercise too much and not eat enough food to give their body energy, out of fear of gaining weight. This can lead to lack of nutrients and can make people feel sick, causing them to think they're sick because they didn't exercise. And then the cycle continues. I'll avoid this pitfall by remembering to have proper meals and snacks throughout the day, prior to and after exercising.</div>]]></description>

Instead of supplementing for what they are missing, many people will go out and order fast food which is not as healthy as a home cooked meal. I will avoid this pitfall by opening my schedule and get rid of the things that are not as important so that I have time to take in the proper nutrients. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i think the biggest pitfalls in nutrition is being busy all the time and not having enough time to make a full balanced meal so most people just get fast food because it is faster and easier to get than actually making a good healthy meal. ways i will avoid this is by making the healthy meal before hand instead of having to make it during busy times in my life so i can just heat it up for a minute or if i had to just eat it cold, i will watch videos on how to make a quick easy and healthy meal to have that doesn't take hours to make. i will also try to read the nutrition labels when i can. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that the biggest fall to ones health is fast food,  as it's more affordable and easier to access. There is also the common misinterpretation that eating healthy means avoiding preferred food groups (Which isn't always the case). By reducing the price on healthier products this can be avoided, and of course if people are better educated on what they are intaking daily.</div>]]></description>

Fast food products are priced significantly cheaper and are much more time efficient to eat, whereas healthier products cost more, and can not always be found with ease. Also, fast food chains are constantly advertised througth the internet and on billboards. Said product is also made to look appealing to the consumer, further influencing them to choose the unhealthy option.</div>]]></description>
