There are so many factors that make Mrs Ilardi an altogether perfect selection for this award. In addition to the difference she has made in our children’s lives, she has found a way to multiply their academic abilities without causing the division often seen when students are pushed to their maximum potential. In all, she is gentle, especially in these difficult and trying times, making her students feel equally valueable. You saw the total person beyond the academics, but you were able to bring focus and increase determination.
