         <description><![CDATA[<div>Conclusion:<br>1. Middle childhood their brain development still focus on the law and what is right or wrong they don't understand what is moral yet.<br>2. The late childhood development they start getting to understand the moral decision, they know is wrong but in some instance or situation, they can think it's ok to do it because of the situation. They understand its wrong, stealing is wrong and against the law, but because of the understanding of the situation, they can agree with it.</div>]]></description>
