Malvolio:

“Mistress Mary, if your prized my lady’s favour at anything more than contempt, you would not give means for this uncivil rule. She shall know of it, by this hand” (Act 2, Sc. 3, Line 120, 121, 122, 123)
Malvolio saw Maria at the night party, and was distraught and furious that she allowed such things to happen in Olivia’s house, and how she is not loyal to the Countess. Malvolio has also said that he’ll tell Olivia about Maria’s disloyalty. This quote also shows how faithful Malvolio is to Olivia. You can relate this scenario to modern day life because, if you're a loyal employee to your boss, and you see people fooling around, and not doing any work, you would probably want to tell your boss that they're fooling around and doing any work. While they get in trouble, your boss will appreciate for your loyalty, and maybe give you the employee of the month award.

“My master loves her dearly, And I, poor monster, fond
as much on him, And she, mistaken, seems to dote on me.” (Act 2, Sc. 2, Line 33,34,35)

Viola alias Cesario feels bad that her master loves Olivia but Viola has fallen for the Duke instead, and now Olivia has fallen for Cesario. She feels like she did something wrong. But to remain faithful to her master, she still went to go see Olivia to persuade her to love Duke Orsino. This is an example of a love triangle

You can relate this scenario to modern day life because, you can ask your friend to help you ask a girl/guy out on a date, but they say that they like your friend instead. To be a good friend, they still try to persuade them to go out with you. This shows how loyal your friend is.

“If you will not murder me for my love, let me be your servant.” (Act 2, Sc. 1, Line 34,35)
Antonio wants to serve Sebastian, but Sebastian said he didn’t’ want his bad luck rubbing onto Antonio. Despite that, Antonio is willing to go along with Sebastian.
"Put up your sword. If this young gentleman Have done offence, I take the fault on me.If you offend him, I for him defy you." (Act 3, Sc. 4, Line 326, 327, 328)
Although Sebastian hasn't accepted Malvolio as his servant, he was willing to risk his life for Antonio which shows how loyal he is to Sebastian.
You can relate this situation to real life because, if you're being bullied by a group of people, and you're not really sure how to stand up for yourself. Your friends will come and stand up for you, and help you resolve the problem.
