In this movement royalty and elegance is being expressed. It sounds like music you would hear watching a movie about a royal family. I hear multiple classical songs. This music relates to the artwork because it sounds as if a new royal family is entering the castle every time a new song begins to play. The feeling behind this piece is frustration. No matter how hard the elephant tries or how long he tries he can’t figure out a way to fly. I would describe my piece as a very conjunct piece with only few measures that are disjunct.
