         <description><![CDATA[<div>Aren't we supposed to follow the students in what their needs are?  I see that Flipped has a great use for introducing concepts and skills to be taken back to class to work through the application of it and answer questions, Individual Rotation is great for students who need their own pace while station rotation allows an opportunity to work with small groups directly as well as allow students to work collaboratively or independently.</div>]]></description>
