La réserve faunique Mastigouche, ses sentiers, lacs et randonnées de raquettes sont également à 10 minutes de voiture. Rustique, simple. La rivière Mastigouche, devant le chalet. Un endroit des plus calmes. La connexion Wifi est bonne, stable, pour télétravail. Pas de réseau cellulaire. Non fumeur.
   
Pour amants de nature, de tranquillité et de plein-air. Rond de feu extérieur. Motoneiges, quads ou épris de chasse, de pêche et feux d'artifices nuisibles pour l'environnement seront plus heureux ailleurs que chez nous.

Quiétude, tranquillité et paix d'esprit de nos adorables voisins et de leurs jeunes enfants, sont des priorités. Quelques exigences : chien sympathique seulement, pas de chien agressif, qui aboie, ne pas permettre la traversée à la nage. Pollution par le bruit : pas de musique (ghetto blaster/radio) dehors ou au bord de l'eau (bruit et écho), pas de feux d'artifices (biodiversité, eau, toxicité), pas de VTT, motocross.
