         <description><![CDATA[<p>Food is very important in our lives, the food we eat chooses everything about our physical and mental health. </p><p><br/></p><p>Food in our lives shapes our health, it's very important because we want to live sadly for a long time, which is why we need a balanced diet, because if we over/under consume a certain food group we will very likely be unhealthy.</p><p><br/></p><p>Over/Under consuption of certain nutrients can lead to health issues, example: </p><p>-Too much fats can lead to some cancers and Type 2 Diabetes</p><p>-Too much sodium can lead to high blood pressure or a heart attack</p><p>-Too much sugar can give you fatty liver disease or diabetes, and possibly mental or energetic problems.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Macronutrients (fats, carbohydrates, protein) are extremely important for tennis.</p><p><br/></p><p>Fats (Avocado, fish, eggs)</p><p>-Fats are very important for every sport for many different reasons, but the main ones are the fact that they give energy and warmth while you play, making you capable to play for longer periods of time and keeping you warm in cold weather, but it is considered a risk nutrient so it must be eaten in moderation.</p><p><br/></p><p>Protein (Lean meats, seeds, poultry)</p><p>-Protein is also extremely important for sports for other reasons, because it helps muscle recovery after intense exercise  and because it keeps you full which helps you not overeat before you play.</p><p><br/></p><p>Carbohydrates (Grains, fruits, vegetables)</p><p>- Carbs are essential in sports because they are the body's primary source of energy, especially during exercise.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The purpose of the health star rating system is to show you how healthy a product is, it's presented in a semi-circle with 5 stars on it, and the amount of stars coloured is the amount of stars it's rated out of 5, the food is given a rating by looking at the positive nutrients and the risk nutrients and then evaluate it based on that, it's good because it's very simple and easy to understand, however, it's bad because it doesn't show a healthy quantity to eat.</p>]]></description>
