TOPIC 2: People generally know that the environment is important. However, most individuals still don't take responsibility to protect the environment. Why is this? What should be done to encourage people to protect the environment?

In this day and age, people have started to realize the importance of the environment yet, some individuals still do not take protecting the environment as their responsibility at all. Nevertheless, there can be several reasons why people behave that way, therefore, it should be essential to encourage them to act in order to change the situation. First, individuals do not have a clear understanding of the consequences of not protecting the environment. This is mainly because the environmental education and dissemination have not been circumspectly imparted to a wide range of residents. In addition, there is usually a poor amount of consciousness among the citizens, leading to ignorance about the environment condition surrounding them. They think that they have no responsibility to the environment in general. Another reason is because people often set the beneficial outcomes as their priorities, rather than the environment. It is rather than an opinion that profit makings are the most important thing when it comes to business. Individuals are so immersed in the desire to become prosperous and profitable that they forget the need to preserve the surrounding environment. Thus, people undeniably need to adjust to today's situation. First of all, people can start by educating the children about this problem more precisely and wisely at school. This can be certainly done through discussions within class sessions at any school or educational institutions. By doing this method, it can gladly be sure that now, younger individuals, specifically, students, can be more aware of the environmental problem. The government can also create numerous more public service advertisements. Through this solution, people will be encouraged more to consume environmentally- friendly products instead of general disposable goods that are harmful and detrimental to the environment. This can also invisibly form a good habitat of helping the environment in citizens. In conclusion, there can be many people who do not take responsibility for damaging the environment; notwithstanding, people can change their minds through different solutions like throughout more precisely educating or presenting more advertisements encouraging people to save the environment in a diverse amount of ways.

However, there are many benifits to promote them behave that way, so it is very important to encourage citizens to act to solve this problem. The first reason why they still damge to the evironment is people donnot have depth perception of the consequences of not protecting the environment. However, most individuals still don't take responsibility to protect the environment. Why is this? What should be done to encourage people to protect the environment?
Everyone knows how important the environment is, but they do not take responsibility to protect it for several reasons. First and foremost, people usually put priority on their benefit rather than the environment. If anyone wanted a person to do something, they would have to give him something in return, usually money, so it is extremely hard to make them protect the environment without any reward. Second, they think it is the government's responsibility, not them. That is the reason why they simply ignore it. The third reason for this is because of their habit and education since they are young. For example, in Vietnam, parents usually would not bother where do their children put the garbage at, because in their mind, cleaning the garbage is the work for the cleaning people, and so that habit of throwing trash at the wrong place goes on for generation .Although it is hard to make a person change, there are some solutions that might change their behavior. First, each individual have to take this problem seriously, and have to be aware that these problem are not just theories, they are happening each second here on our planet. Second, schools should consider this problem more carefully and teach their students the importance of the evironment and organise more activities to raise their awareness of it. Every individuals should take responsibility for what they did to the environment, by that, we would make huge differences in the near future.

However there are many reasons why people behave that way, therefore it is extremely important to encourage them to act to change the situation. The first and foremost reason is that individuals don’t have a clear understanding of the consequences of not protecting the environment. Hence they think that that is not their responsibility but the governments should take care of it. Secondly, people usually set the beneficial outcomes as their priorities, rather than the environment in general. They do not see the long-term benefits of protecting the environment but only focus on immediate advantages. We all need to take action to solve this problem. Firstly, children should be taught at school that it’s their responsibility to protect the environment. Secondly, the most fundamental solution is to raise people’s awareness. Thirdly, authorities can offer more incentives to people who have been active in cleaning up the neighborhood or severely punish those who have been unfriendly to the environment. To sum up, only through paying more attention and helping each other will we be able to solve the problem of protecting the environment.

People generally know that the environment is important. However, most individuals still don't take responsibility to protect the environment. Why is this? What should be done to encourage people to protect the environment?

In today’s era of industrialization and modernization, they have started utilizing their powers to harness nature to make their life comfortable and more convenient. However, they began to overutilize this authority and are still do not concern about protecting the environment for several reasons. To begin with, individuals do not have a clear understanding of the consequences of not protecting the environment. This issue is always the headlines of TV programs as well as of newspapers, however, people are still oblivious of their future life as well as the fate of the earth in the future. Every day they still try to earn every penny to take care of their lives such as raising children, buying necessities for life, but they forget their responsibility to protect the environment. It is a fact that people often think that protecting the environment is the responsibility of the government. If people understood this issue clearly, they would have preserved the environment as seriously as they take their necessities. The second reason is people always put the beneficial outcomes as their priorities. For example, governments always concern more about solving immediate problems such as shortage of raw materials for production or traffic congestion than to prevent the disaster predicted to happen in the prospective. As a result, they need to act now to control the damage. The youngsters must be taught about this problem through discussions between teachers and students in schools. For example, in class, there are always lessons on environmental protection in most social subjects or sometimes school will organize extra-curricular activities to plant trees to protect the environment. Government should make more public service advertisements to encourage people to consume more green products instead of disposable goods that are harmful to the environment. In conclusion, if they want to protect their lives, protect mother nature, they need to acknowledge that climate change is related to their own actions and act prudently to save their future generations.

Topic 5: In most parts of the world, the volume of traffic is growing at an alarming rate. Discuss the main traffic problems in your country, their causes and possible solutions.

Vietnam is also experiencing significant economic growth, as so many people utilize modes of transportation to move, which results in the clogging the streets of all major cities. This complex issue arises for a variety of causes, and potential solutions are being proposed to address the situation. There are a variety of explanations for the sceneries of clogged highways with numerous vehicles. One is population growth, which has led to an increase in the number of automobiles on the road, especially in major cities. Furthermore, in many regions, there is a lack of adequate transportation infrastructure. Motorcycles, which are the most common mode of transportation in my nation, consume nonrenewable resources and emit carbon dioxide, contributing to climate change and global warming. There is the health issue that car users face as a result of vehicle usage. Asthma and lung cancer have become more common as a result of inhaling exhaust fumes emitted by vehicles on the road. Through public education and exposure, we should increase citizen understanding of the benefits of using public transportation. At the end of the day, electric vehicles and biofuels should be favored. The government should impose a price cap on certain items, which would encourage people to change their habits. To summarize, the problem of growing traffic volume in large cities arises from a variety of factors, all of which have a negative influence on inhabitants' lives. As a result, to address this issue, better traffic infrastructure should be constructed as well as promote the usage of public transportation.

TOPIC 1: The unlimited use of cars may cause many problems. What are those problems? In order to reduce the problems, should we discourage people to use cars?
Because of the numerous advantages that personal vehicles provide, it is becoming clear that they have become an essential part of our lives. However, several faults must be addressed. Many individuals are worried about the environmental consequences of increased vehicle use. In cities across the world, automobiles constitute a major source of carbon dioxide and greenhouse gas emissions, as well as air and noise pollution. Climate change, acid rain, and a slew of other health issues are all caused by vehicle emissions. Furthermore, personal autos are to blame for the horrendous traffic jams that plague us daily, wasting time and diminishing productivity. To overcome these problems, others argue that the government should impose strict limits on automobile ownership and raise the tax on car sales to exorbitant levels. Personal automobiles, on the other hand, give us the mobility and flexibility we need in our daily lives. Rather, our public transportation system should be considerably enhanced to encourage people to take buses and trains instead of driving. Another possibility is to progressively raise fuel prices, which would discourage many people from buying and using automobiles. Automobile producers should invest in environmentally friendly solar or hydrogen-powered vehicles, and the government should update roads to relieve traffic congestion, to reduce the harmful environmental effects of automobiles. To summarize, while prohibiting the use of automobiles overnight may appear to be a quick and practical solution, it is not realistic. People want to go by car, but they must design ecologically friendly automobiles to mitigate the negative consequences.

Topic 1: The unlimited use of cars may cause many problems. What are those problems? In order to reduce the problems, should we discourage people to use cars?
These days, it is hard to overstate the fact that the unlimited use of cars may cause a host of problems. Although this tendency maintains some obvious harmful consequences, I believe that this issue can be resolved by some possible solutions. To begin with, unrestricted usage of cars may result in several detrimental repercussions. Firstly, the excessive use of automobiles is likely to cause a growth in pollution and emissions of carbon dioxide gas. This could generate heat and increase the rate of climate change, which may have a devastating effect on the planet in the future. Moreover, traffic congestion is another problem. As the number of car users is more than pedestrians, cyclists or people who take public transport, there are heavy traffic jams almost every day at rush hours. However, the most serious trouble is human safety. Cars are bigger and have the larger capacity than other types of vehicles, so the magnitude of damage and casualties as well as fines that occur in an auto collision are significantly greater. Besides these problems, several possible solutions should be taken into account. First and foremost, the government should impose strict regulations or taxes, such as ‘green taxes’ on drivers and airline companies. In this way, people would be encouraged to use public transport and to take fewer flights abroad, thereby reducing emissions. Secondly, they could also allocate financial resources to improve the service, like ensuring buses are punctual, installing more comfortable seats in waiting areas, and providing additional bus routes to encourage people to use public transport instead of private cars. To summarize, even though the excessive use of cars may cause a great number of problems, such as traffic jams and emissions, I believe that there are still some possible solutions for the government to solve this issue.

However, driving a car causes plenty of society and the environment issues that need to be dealt with by both the government and people. The first disadvantage of unlimited use of cars is that they will cause traffic jam. Many people drive to work instead of taking public transportation or walking, which is the main cause of traffic congestion. Moreover, cars release gas that cause environmental problems especially air pollution. If people breathe in a lot of smoke from automobiles every day, this will have an effect on their health and may lead to serious diseases such as lung cancer. To solve this problem, people should use more type of transportations which is friendly to the environment like bicycle, so that we can reduce air pollution and traffic jam. In conclusion, the unlimited use of cars may cause many problems, however, a potential solution can be adapted to avoid the worst consequences on the environment.

Topic 1: Owning cars are an crucial part in our daily life. It offers many utilities to our life, and it also provides access to many far away places that could take hours to arrive on foot. However, a range of issues have been witnessed and need to be addressed. The problems associated with frequent car use are becoming increasingly prominent to the public. Vehicles are the major sources of polution and green house gas emissions. Globle warming, acid rain and the rising sea level are caused worse by the usage of cars, which also affects the heath and well-being of people. Futhermore, traffic jam is made much worse due to the rising rate of people, who prefers to drive rather than walk or cycle. There are constant jams during rush hours. The most serious problem, however,is safety. The number of car accidents is rising every year, thus cause many deaths and casualties
To sum up, i personally think reducing the use and production of cars is a quick solution, however, improving the current infastructure is maybe a permanent cure.

TOPIC 1: The unlimited use of cars may cause many problems. What are those problems? In order to reduce the problems, should we discourage people to use cars
These days, despite the importance and neccessity of cars, the over comsumption of them have posed numerous threat to our environment, therefore, governments is in charge of taking action as soon as possible. First and foremost, there are several problems are caused by cars due to their unlimited use these days. Since the numbers of cars have increased, there happen to be a growth in air pollution and the emissions of carbon dioxide, mostly in cities. This may resulted in another consequence, which is climate change, potentially having devastasting effect on our planet in the future. Moreover, another issue is the large scale of traffic congestion happens everyday, according to the fact that people generally commute to work by private cars rather than walking or cycling. Besides, the overuse of cars also leads to the high percentage of traffic accidents or casualties in the streets, in Viet Nam for the first 4 months of this year, for instance, there have been 1600 accidents, mostly caused by car users. However, in spite of those problems, there might be some considerable solutions that can be taken into action. Governments can impose stricter regulation on driving offences, besides, higher the taxes on gasoline or short-distance-driving, causing inconvenience for drivers. Additionally, people can encourage active practices through propaganda programmes or financial incentives, such as reducing the price of public transportations. In conclusion, the unlimited use of cars brings several problems to the environment, however, most of that can be prevented and decreased by some proper solutions by the government.

The use of personal transport means, including cars that cause a lot of problems that people around the world are very worried. We should know about those problems and solutions to solve them. First of all, the biggest problem is pollutions. The increase in the number of cars means increasing the amount of poisonous gas created by the vehicle. The amount of emissions is CO2, the cause of the global housing and air pollution effect. The second problem is traffic jams. The use of too many individual cars makes the road congested during rush hours. To solve these problems, the authority should impose a strict regulation or tax on using cars. This partly reduces the use of personal cars. Making public vehicles become more comfortable is also a great idea. To conclusion, these are the bad consequences and solution to prevent those. These are the simple but very effective solution that should be carried out.

Topic 5: In most parts of the world, the volume of traffic is growing at an alarming rate. Discuss the main traffic problems in your country, their causes and possible solutions.
Today, traffic is growing at a serious rate in most countries. There are a number of consequences caused by its proliferation and some measures need to be taken to deal with it. First of all, the biggest traffic problem in my country is traffic jams. This can be explained by the fact that too little space is devoted to the construction of transport facilities,
and the fact that too many residents have personal vehicles such as motorbikes or cars which leads to a large population but little area for traffic, tolerating a large number of vehicles. The next problem is traffic accidents. In my country, there are quite a few road users who do not obey the issued traffic laws. They create dangerous situations for themselves and other road users. Such situations create traffic accidents that cause great loss of property and people. To solve the above-mentioned causes of traffic congestion, the imposition of higher taxes on the prices of cars, motorbikes and gasoline is a useful solution to reduce the number of vehicles on the road. Moreover, the improvement of transport facilities such as widening roads and building more elevated roads can help reduce traffic pressure during peak hours. Propagating traffic laws to students and others will be a promising solution to the problem of traffic behavior. Imposing higher fines for traffic violations is also a good idea. In summary, the increase in traffic density is becoming a serious concern in Vietnam or other countries around the world. Although the traffic is escalating due to the two main reasons outlined above, they can both have a way to be solved.

In order to reduce the problems, should we discourage people to use cars?
Nowadays, cars is the most popular means of transport . However, using cars may cause many problem to enviroment and society. This problems will need to solved by both individuals and gorvernment. Firstly, the most common problems when there are more and more people use cars is traffic jam. It is a fact that nowadays, people often use cars to travelling ang go to work instead of using public transport or motorbike. That also the reason why there're a huge numbers of car accident every year. Secondly, emissions from cars leads to environmental problems especially air pollution. This will make negative effect on people health and lead to some serious diseases such as cancer if they breath in a lot of smoke from cả every day

TOPIC 1

The unlimited use of cars may cause many problems. What are those problems? First, it is a growth in pollution and emissions of carbon dioxide gas. It will engenders heat and increases the rate of climate change, which may have a devastating effect on the planet in the future. Another problems is traffic jam. There are heavy traffic jam every day during peak hours as more individuals drive to work instead of walking, cycling, or taking public transportation. In order to solve these problems, there are three solutions. First, increase tax on cars and parking fees as well as develop public transport such as trains and buses to decrease the number of people buying private cars. Parallel execution with it, encourage activities such as walking and cycling to make a healthier population. Lastly, the government should improve the service such as putting more comfortable seats in waiting rooms, and adding new bus routes to encourage people to use public transports. In conclusion, widespread usage of automobiles causes a slew of issues, but there is a way to mitigate the negative impacts of automobiles on the environment and society.

Topic 1: The unlimited use of cars may cause many problems. What are those problems? In order to reduce the problems, should we discourage people to use cars?

Having a car has become an essential part of many people’s lives. However, It causes a range of problems. Firstly, the unlimited used of will lead to growth in pollution and emissions of carbon dioxide gas. It's a huge problem because it can cause global warming and climate change that may have a damaging impact on the planet in the future. Air pollution can cause many adverse effects on human health. A growth in emission of carbon dioxide gas may causes a shortage of oxygen, making it more difficult for people to breathe. Traffic jams is another equally important problem. As more and more people drive to work rather than walking, cycling or taking public transport, there is a rush hour traffic jam almost every day. Traffic jams can be a nightmare with people. It can get so bad that It can turn a person into an evil one, some people feel stressed since having to spend so much time on the road. We should discourage people to use cars in order to reduce problems by the following solutions. Imposing strict regulation or taxation on the practice of machinery over short distances so that individuals will be fired and discouraged from using cars for non-essential activities. Moreover, increasing car taxes and parking fees as well as develop public transport such as trains and buses to reduce the number of private car buyers. The government should encourage localities to organize activities as well as positive programs such as cycling, walking to protect the environment, etc... However, It is very difficult to reduce the unlimited use of car. In conclusion, I think that discouraging the use of cars seems to be a quick solution to many of the problems facing society.

In most parts of the world, the volume of traffic is growing at an alarming rate. Discuss the main traffic problems in your country, their causes and possible solutions.
In recent years, with the rapid development of technology and equipment manufacturing industry, the amount of vehicles is increasing day by day in many developed and developing countries. As a result , this tendency leads to various significant problems. It is an obvious fact that the infrastructure of the road is becoming increasingly outdated, degraded and unsuitable as technology advances and larger means of transport are introduced. In detailed, poor quality and narrow roads plus the bulkiness of modern vehicles make accidents and traffic jams happen with higher frequency. Furthermore, it also causes environmental pollution from smoke and dust coming from long lines of traffic jams. As mentioned, all of the above factors cause the number of traffic injuries each year to increase exponentially. From that, it is easy to see that the most practical and reasonable method is to repair and redesign the road, with special emphasis on densely populated areas and high traffic rates. In conclusion ,

TOPIC 5

These days, we are currently dealing with such extensive traffic issues with several causes; however, I believe that this problem can be tackled by some possible solutions. To begin with, one of the most alarming issues is the ever-increasing high volume of vehicles. The high traffic density is causing traffic jams on a large scale, thereby causing difficulties and hindering people's participation in traffic. Additionally, there are high rates of people who are not obeying traffic laws, creating a plethora of dangerous situation for the road users. As a consequence, thousands of people are injured in traffic accidents and casualties every year. To address this issue, measures should be taken to reduce private car ownership. Moreover, the increase in taxes in terms of gasoline will do well so as to dampen many people’s enthusiasm for buying a car. Finally, most traffic wardens need to be posted in busy intersections with a view to regulating the flow of traffic as most accidents occur because people start to take chances when there is not a policeman around. To recapitulate, I believe there are a variety of solutions that can be taken to resolve the traffic issues.

Topic 1: The unlimited use of cars may cause many problems. What are those problems? In order to reduce the problems, should we discourage people to use cars?
The unlimited use of cars comes with many disadvantages, and environmental degradations and traffic congestions are two major concerns. Automobiles are a big source of carbon dioxide emission and greenhouse effects and also air and sound pollutions in urban areas all around the world. Vehicle exhausts contribute to global warming, acid rain, and many health-related problems. Moreover, personal cars are the reason we face so horrendous traffic jam almost every day which kills our valuable time and negatively affect our productivity. In order to reduce the problems, some people suggest that the government should impose a strict restriction on car ownership and increase the tax on car purchasing. However, the mobility and flexibility of personal cars are essential in our life, and I am absolutely against taking any drastic measures. Rather, we should improve our public transportation facility so that people prefer to use public buses and trains rather than driving. Moreover, car manufacturers should invest in solar energy or hydrogen-powered cars to reduce the negative impacts of cars on the environment and the government should improve the roads to reduce traffic congestions. In conclusion, restricting the use of cars overnight might seem like a quick and effective solution, but practically speaking, it is not a proper solution. We want to use cars for the freedom of our mobility but have to come with eco-friendly cars to reduce their negative impacts.

Topic 2: People generally know that the environment is important. However, most individuals still don't take responsibility to protect the environment. Why is this? What should be done to encourage people to protect the environment?

It is undeniable to say that people generally know that the environment is important. However, most individuals still don't take responsibility to protect the environment .There are many reasons why people behave that way, therefore it is extremely important to encourage them to act to change the situation. First of all, one factor that could lead to the irresponsibility of people's awareness could be the misunderstanding of the consequences from not protecting the environment. Protecting the environment is always necessary but many people seems not to apprehend about the consequences if they do not concern much about it. Nowadays, many factories and companies are trying to make money by exhausting emissions and even promoting their "toxic" campaign such as encouraging people to buy more cars and bikes, to consume more fashionable costume instead of the environment-friendly one, which will be the top cause to detriment the environment. Therefore, some measures must be tackled to inspire people more on their environment-protecting journey such as educating them about this problem in a precisely and carefully way through discussions or class sessions between teachers and students in schools. Additionally, stricter regulation, punishment or even tax should be imposed as well as making advertisements and giving incentives to those who have been generous to the nature around them. In conclusion, one of the major cause of people's irresponsibility to the environment is mostly coming from misunderstanding of the consequences but we can settle this problem down by educating and imposing taxes as well as giving people interesting incentives.
