The day has come. My first day at new place and environment.
-I arrived at the Black Canyon and Sir Nesh as a manager here introduced me to the other staff.
-After finishing, Barbir as a staff will tell me what needs to be done. The staff tells a to z what needs to be done before entering work and after work. 
- I was asked to take care of the front, where the customer came to say welcome and handle for the rider to take the customer's order for delivery. 
- After a break I was on my way to move on to packing food. Alia as a staff as cashier/packer there told me to memorize every menu in the menu to simplify and speed up the food packaging process. 
-Upon completion I moved back to the front to control the entry and exit of the customer into the premises and control the rider to take the order received by the customer. 
-At 9.30 p.m. I am in the direction of washing all utensils or equipment that have been used. 
-After washing all the equipment, the equipment needs to be put in place. 
-At 11.00 p.m. I was allowed to go home.

Second day at Black Canyon,I was assigned to come work at 9.00 am until 6.00 p.m.
- Before start the work,  the first thing to scan here is the puch card. 
- Once done, usually do the same. Go to the floor section and control the entry and exit of customers as well as riders. 
- Take food that is ready to be packing is brought forward so that the rider is happy to take the food that has been ordered by the customer. 
-After that, sweeping a bit to make sure no rubbish or food waste is scattered on the floor.  
- 12.00 pm until 1.00 p.m buys with food panda, grabfood and shopee.
- 2.00 pm already break
- After finished wash fork and spoon i can go back to hostel.

The same thing needs to be done. Go to the floor section and control the entry and exit of customers as well as riders. I will take the food that is ready to be packed and bring it forward for the delivery rider. 

-At 4.00 P.M is break time.

- Resumed work and started work with the same thing until the premises closed.

- At 9.30 P.M started sweeping to make sure no rubbish or food scraps were scattered on the floor. 

-At 9.40 P.M started to mop the floor. After that, wash the sauce place and if there is excess sauce put it in the fridge. Then take the carpet from robot and then wash until clean. Next off the Pc. Once all the jars are done, the last thing is to remove the rubbish from the rubbish bin and put in a new rubbish plastic.

-After finishing the work, every Monday morning I have to count the stock of items on the floor.
-By the way, I would guess the stock is on the floor such as floor cleaners, sink cleaners, hand cleaners, disinfectants, location hand soaps, AMH hand washers, degreasers, glass cleaners, sauce plates, straws, plastic waste and sauces.

- The first thing first, I will sweep the trash as well as mop the floor.
- Once done, I will wipe the windows or mirror in every corner of the Black Canyon and fill the sauce in the cointainer.
- At 10.00 am, I will open and start the work.
-I would control the rider to feed the customers at the front. -If there are customers eating in the premises, I need to tidy the table, wipe the table and clean the food waste scattered on the floor.
