Introvert or Extrovert Quiz- The results from this quiz identified me as an "Ambivert." I definitely agree with that label because I'm usually very quiet when people first meet me. I like to observe my surroundings and understand people before interacting with them. My close friends often can't keep me from talking, though.

10 Myths About Introverts- As an Ambivert, one of these myths that struck home with me is that "Introverts are Rude." I like to speak the truth and hate wasting time on "beating around the bush" as the article states. Sometimes it's hard to remember to soften some of my statements for the audience.

Introvert/Extrovert Quiz-This quiz just confirmed how I've always felt about myself being an extreme introvert. Being around lots of people drain me and I dread being in even small groups. I can certainly identify with students who are quiet and slow to respond because they are processing information very carefully before speaking, wanting to think it over first.

Top 10 Things Every INFJ Wants you to know-This article describes me to a T! I do not like surprises to come up in my personal life, such as a date night with my husband or a trip that I haven't planned for. I need time to process the idea and accept it emotionally before I can enjoy the thought. Many people don't understand this about me. They think it's about them, and it's not. I also am a bit slow-witted at times. I'm never one for a comeback. I do not process information as quickly as others, so I need time. This sets me up for failure in many avenues of my life, such as job interviews and meeting new people. I also prefer to have only one person that I am close to, that's all I need. Being this way, helps me be especially sensitive to students who are just like me. I tend to be very keen on other's emotions due to my very sensitive nature, so I feel I have a particularly meaningful relationship with students like me.
