It is important to note that entrepreneurship is a lifelong journey. Therefore, choosing to do what is right is paramount for long-term success.

Firstly, I took the viewpoint that an entrepreneur was just for being rich and being the one who rules the company. As we went through several different views in the discussion in class, I started to understand that it is much more than that. My colleagues touched on aspects of sustainability, others were speaking about innovation, and some pointed out to making a social impact. This made me throw a challenge to myself which is that of "What do I believe in?"

Suppose, I could develop a business that helps people and, at the same time, contributes to social change. It can also be a kind of business that provides support for a cause, for example, or brings innovation to the world. This assignment has taught me that the spirit of entrepreneurship isn't necessarily restricted to those who are strictly business-oriented; no it's also for anyone with an exhaustive and a purposeful vision.

I might not yet have a background in a business, but something that I've come to know as a fact is that it all begins with you knowing what you want and stand for and now, I’m looking forward to seeing where my principles will take me in the future.

I appreciate when others employ a strategic courtesy, or a subtle form of bribery, as it can significantly enhance the likelihood of successful transactions. However, I believe that accepting such gestures rather than initiating them places me at a disadvantage, leaving me more dependent on those who extend them.

I recognize that varied viewpoints enhance creativity, enabling the creation of solutions that are both distinctive and inclusive. I also hold a belief in the importance of social responsibility, where companies can generate economic value while making a positive impact on society and the environment. Being adaptable and open-minded is vital in welcoming new ideas, learning from setbacks, and appreciating diverse opinions fosters ongoing growth and enduring success.

An entrepreneurs should view the concept of creation as one where every action is guided by "PURPOSE". A business without a clear intention is similar to a mind being misled.

Entrepreneurs don’t just dream about what could be; they make it happen. When you enter business world, this requires resourcefulness, hard work, and a willingness to learn and adapt. And it's about translating creative thinking into practical steps, whether that means designing a product, building a team, launching a website, or negotiating with investors.

The best ideas are worthless unless they put it into action. For instance, many successful businesses began with a simple idea, but the ability to execute that idea with persistence and flexibility made all the difference.

I also truly appreciate grit and perseverance. Face it; every entrepreneur will face challenges and failures at some point, but I think that perseverance, learning from failures, and adapting to change is what makes great entrepreneurs great.

However, I also understand the importance of diversity and inclusion when it comes to entrepreneurship. Because everyone has different backgrounds and experiences, and I think the best ideas come when people are collaborating and open-minded. Honoring diversity in thought, culture, and perspective not only enhances organizations but also encourages creativity and evolution.

Moreover, I do believe in entrepreneurship because of growth — not just financial growth but personal and collective growth. I want to be part of a future where purpose drives business, where there is resilience in the face of challenge, and where diverse voices matter and speak.
