         <description><![CDATA[<div>First and foremost, we must be able to understand what Denisovan DNA is. According to Bower (2021), denisovans are mainly from ancient DNA samples and these are traced the DNA that the ancient hominids that shared their breed to the Homo sapiens. In my own opinion, the Philippine Ayta can only be proven through conducting scientific study and testing that can confirm or give a specific evidence. As far as I‘ve understand, DNA is the blueprint of life in every human being, therefore it cannot be easily altered. In a study that was just conducted a month ago, the coauthor at the same time biologist Mattias Jackobson said that the “Ayta Magbuckon possess the DNA of Denisovan than anyone else in the planet.” According to their study as well, there is a possibility that the Denisovans already inhabited the country before the earliest ethnic group, as said by Larena. In order to clarify some questions, they will do more genome sequencing, including how the inherited archaic tracts influenced there biology, and the way it contributed to a species adaptation,” Larena added. (Melchor, 2021) Based on the result of their study, it is early to tell that these Philippine Ayta that these people possess the Denisovan DNA. On the other hand, some researchers already established a study on the same case in our neighboring countries such as Australia and Papua New Guinea. As a matter of fact, prior to the discovery of the Aetas, the countries that had the most Denisovan DNA were the two aforementioned countries, in which four percent of the tested DNAs of the Papua New Guinea highlanders and indigenous Australians were traced to have Denisovan DNA. (Bower, et. al, 2021) With all these studies and findings, I am stil convince that the Philippine Aytado not have the most Desinovan DNA, because I do believe that they are unique DNA just like all of us do. Knowing the culture of and country as well as their experience of discrimination from the Spanish and American colonization, it might come to a point that they will lose their identity and love for their culture. Unless the study that the scientists and the school conducted have no loop holes or doubtful information, I have nothing to do but to agree with it. With this new study, I would not think and believe that the Philippine Ayta has the most Denisovan DNA because we are all unique when God made us. The Philippine Ayta as well were believed to be the first inhabitants of our country, therefore there is a possibility that we are connected or somehow related to them in one way or another, which only means that we might have the Denisovan DNA. In other words, I think that the Philippine Ayta does not have the most Desinovan DNA, otherwise it is firmly proven.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The study is about the Denisovan DNA found in the Philippine Negritos.&nbsp; Researchers found that the Philippine Negrito known as Ayta Magbukon have the DNA of the ancient hominins known as the Denisovans, and that the Ayta Magbukon has more Denisovan DNA than the Papuan Highlanders.&nbsp; The Ayta Magbukon’s Denisovan ancentry can be up to 46% greater than that of the native Australians and the Papuans.&nbsp; The new study to establish the demographic history of the Philippines include about 2.3 million genotypes from 118 ethnic groups and were found to have high coverage genomes of AustraloPapuans and Ayta Magbukon Netritos.&nbsp; Ayta Magbukon possesses the highest level of Denisovan ancestry in the world.&nbsp; The researchers say that the findings show a complex intertwined history of modern and archaic humans in the Asia-Pacific region.&nbsp; By studying more genomes in the future, we will have a better understanding on how the inherited archaic tracts influenced our biology as Filipinos and how it affected our adaptation as a specifies.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>A recent study has proven that Ayta Magbukon shares 5% of Denisovan DNA more prominent than that of Papua New Guinea highlanders and Indigenous Australians. With this recent discovery, I can simply affirm that Philippine Ayta has the most Denisovan DNA for now. We can see how geographically diverse this DNA can be found in people which leads us into thinking that the early humans socialized and interbred with the modern human in different places. Homo luzonensis fossils are also found in the Philippines dating 50,000 years or more. It is somehow associated with Denisovans but is currently lacking scientific evidence. I do believe that this discovery is paving a way for us to learn more about human evolution and life before us. We cannot conclude that Philippine Ayta has the most Denisovan DNA because there are still a lot of possibilities and mysteries which we need to uncover before we arrive at that conclusion. The NCCA along with NCIP have all approved and facilitated this study in our country. Maybe as time goes by, more concrete evidence will be provided that can help advance the research.<br><br></div>]]></description>
