Even though some counties' education system might be good, the socieconomic status of the families' effects the ratio.

from my point of view the most striking part is Preschool enrollment rates in the USA are much lower than in other countries and the numbers are low despite being such a developed country. According to my international understanding of early childhood education, developed countries should also attach importance to these trainings. The fact that his education is not sufficiently developed does not mean that the country has fully developed and completed its development. When we think of us as a self-developed country, we can see when we look at the numbers and ratio.

"Most countries included in the report substantially invest in early childhood education programs, with program costs often subsidized with public funding. Public funding subsidized about 69 percent of total preschool expenditures and 83 percent of pre-kindergarten costs."
I think this is striking part becaus these rates are higher than my expectation. In this situation after these rates my perspective is changed.

Ekin=The part that caught my eye in the news was one. That part was about high quality. In the preschool period, the child needs high quality and motivation. In general, if we provide them with this, we will contribute to every development and care of the child.
