-The musical is different to other musicals because there is a dark theme, sophisticated music, extended dance scenes, tragic love story, and focus on social problems marked a turning point in musical theatre

-I liked that this musical has different themes

-who is fit for the role

-If they have good skills for role

-Their age or height

2.

Matilda = Yurika: because she has good acting experience and looks like a school kid and she can dance and sing confidently.

Trunchbull = Akane: because she has a loud voice and she is confident when she is speaking so that really helps us imagine her in this role.

Miss Honey = Florence: because she has a good height and she fits more for the role and if she speaks confidently i think she would be good.

How it works:

-Take a cardboard cup and make two small holes at the bottom

-Then take 2 pieces of see through string and pass them through the holes and make knots to secure them

- Put a long table cloth on top of a table

-One person goes underneath of the table and holds both of the strings

-Then they will pull on it and that makes it move

-To make the cup fly off pull on one side and let the other side go

Challenges:

-The string broke sometimes and we needed to tie it again

-It was hard to know how to make the movements realistic

1. i want to be able to find out what i'm doing like costume, props or sets

2.Get started on whatever im doing

3.Talk with my group about our ideas

2) Something that i need to do before the performance day is check and tell people again about their costume and make sure that they still have the items. I also will help other people if needed.

3) the first success is finishing designing the costumes and the second success is designing the costumes according to their personality profile

4) The first thing i found challenging was asking different people if they have the items and the second one is to find original design ideas.

5) What i will need to do the same is to be on task and help others with their job.
