During one of the night activities, broken telephone, I have learnt that communication between one another is important as without proper communication there might have some misunderstanding or conflict in the team.

I learnt a lot about communication from today as we had to do the bucket thing on strings and we needed a lot of communication in order to complete the challenge.

We also used communications in our other activities such as the 5 games during the night.

I liked the 5 stations as flow of the stations were good and well planned. But the jump shot station was unreasonably hard.

There could be lesser games where you'd have to use brute force. Like the human caterpillar race

2. The most thing that went well is the station games under (Personal Behavior) as it made most of us bonded as one. Plus through it we tend to be close to one another & think of a way to execute the planning of completing the task.
3. The part that could be done better is the fact that there's a lot of time wasted for e.g the games we had during the morning & afternoon activity there's plenty of wasted time when the facilitators discuss. I suggest like when the facilitators are discussing maybe 1/2 of the facilitators discuss the other 1/2 do maybe a little game or something. Personal Behaviour; During this camp, i was separated from my good friends and been put up with people that i barely even know and that's where i started to realised that i need to change my personal behaviour to understand and get along well with my teammates through this camp. 

2. Communication between us. Even though our communication is low. At least we managed to have some & we hoped to improve more on that in the next few days.

i find that without communication, it is difficult for us to do things right. For example,  if we are participating on an activity, we need teamwork and also communication. without communication, we couldn't succeed.

2. i find that the night activities went well because i assume that all of us had fun because of the laughters. i also learned that we need to plan something beforehand so that the task will go well.
